Morocco were outstanding for much of the first half, controlling midfield, moving the ball with confidence, and deservedly taking the lead through Saibari. But Brazil responded through a moment of brilliance from Vinícius Júnior, who brought the Seleção level with a superb finish.

Brazil nearly went ahead before the break, but Yassine Bounou produced a stunning save to deny Lucas Paquetá's acrobatic effort.
