Started using Stelo glucose biosensor this season to get a better understanding of how my body reacts to training, travel, meals, sleep, and recovery. Interesting seeing how things like long travel days, sleep, and certain meals can affect my glucose throughout the day. It’s definitely made me more aware of what helps me feel more consistent both on and off the pitch.

Been learning how small adjustments to my recovery, meals and sleep help my glucose level impacting my overall health and energy. Eye opening to understand my body in a different way as I prepare to compete.
