## Caption

The BE HEARD in the Workplace Act would strengthen federal protections against workplace harassment and discrimination, and would make it clear that discrimination based on sexual orientation and/or gender identity is against the law. 

BE HEARD will help LGBTQIA+ workers access equal opportunity and fair pay. That’s especially important now, when the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s enforcement and protection of ALL workers has been weakened and weaponized.
