## Caption

Brisket, ribs, and cornbread, all made on the traegergrills Westwood.
 
I started with the brisket in the morning. Trimmed, seasoned and it went on the grill at 275 degrees.
 
About 5-5.5 hours later it was temping at 170, so I wrapped it with tallow and put it back on. At the same time, I prepped my ribs and they hit the grill with the brisket.
 
About 3 hours later, the brisket was done and resting, and the ribs were ready for sauce. I sauced the ribs and added my cornbread.
 
Everything was ready at the same time, and it all turned out so good! The Westwood ran like a champ!
