A racer of sports cars, motorcycles, motocross and Baja events, McGee spent decades doing things very few people would even attempt.

In 1975, she became the first person to complete the Baja 500 solo on a motorcycle.

Not the first woman.

The first person.

The remarkable part isn’t what Mary McGee achieved. It’s that more people don’t know her name.
