## Caption

Skill Development: SiennaBetts is going to be a major problem for opponents next year.  Excited for what she will earn.  This is a quick drill from spring workouts.  Here are the 3 parts.
1. Get open vs live denial on a cut to high post. 
2.  Drive to basket off the “get action” (dummy D)
3. Live low post shot.  Have to create the catch by getting open with both feet in the war zone. 
- make 7 doubles on each side.
