With LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight introducing a re-imagined combat system built around fluid combos, gadgets, stealth, detective work, and character-specific abilities, it feels like TT Games may have just created the perfect foundation for the next big DC LEGO evolution.

Imagine that same system expanded across the League: Flash chaining speed-combos through the open world, Wonder Woman mixing sword-and-lasso combat, Green Lantern building constructs mid-fight, Superman flying through Metropolis, and Batman still handling the tactical side from the shadows. If Gotham is the test run, a full LEGO Justice League game could be absolutely massive.

Nothing is confirmed yet, but this feels like the kind of system that was made to scale beyond Batman.
