Full recipe below: 

1️⃣Blend ½ small ripe papaya (peeled & seeded), the juice of ½ lime, and 1 tsp of honey into a smooth purée. Ribbon into the bottom of your glass.
2️⃣Add ice, then pour in 6 oz milk. Slowly pour whisked matcha (6g ceremonial grade + ¼ cup hot water at 175°F) over the back of a spoon for that cascade effect.
