Huge thank you to Zadier Thomas and the AJFC Community Action Agency, Inc.  and Dr. Robbie Cade Furdge for allowing Ieshia McArthur and I to be a part of something special. Over the last five days, we had the opportunity to work with youth and adults, teaching practical skills in content creation, video production, editing, podcasting, branding, and how to use digital platforms to grow businesses and personal brands. Seeing people leave with confidence and real strategies they can apply immediately was incredible.

What I appreciate most about AJFC is that they’re doing more than hosting events—they’re creating opportunities that help individuals and families build skills, increase income potential, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency. That’s the kind of work that creates lasting impact in communities.

After seeing the response firsthand, I truly believe programs like this are needed everywhere. Our youth need them. Business owners need them. Communities need them. 💡🙌🏾
