The résumé already tells you Jaden can hop. Here’s what the last 14 months built underneath it.

When he walked in he had  a left-to-right imbalance we knew could cost him a season at the D1 level. So we didn’t chase a number — we chased the boring stuff. Symmetry. Control. Durability.

2x a week all summer. Every week through the school season. Showing up for the ice bath when he didn’t feel like it. Enduring work that never makes a highlight reel.

The result: all hands on hips!

→ JUMP HEIGHT: 14.7” → 18.2” — up 24% 
→ EXPLOSIVENESS (RSI): 0.73 → 0.93 — up 27%
→ PROPULSIVE FORCE IMBALANCE: 11.6% → 3.6% — cut by more than two-thirds

That last one is the whole story. That’s not just a better athlete — that’s a body built to survive a Division 1 season.

But the numbers aren’t what we’re proudest of. It’s the coachability. The focus. The willingness to do hard things on a random Tuesday in February when nobody’s watching. That’s what separates a recruit from a pro.
