Some of the most coachable and focused athletes I’ve worked with.

40 minutes of intervals, ice bath, sauna at 220°, and they didn’t budge. Not once.

No dragging their feet. Not one complaint. Just total dedication and focus to the craft.
I joked about finishing with sprints. They stood up and said “let’s go.”

I had to force them into recovery or they were going to keep training.

That’s the difference between wanting results and being willing to earn them.

Most people quit when it gets hard. These guys ask for more.
That’s why they’re going to win.

If you train like this, you don’t hope for success. You build it.
