Drivers near Roxborough woke up to blocked roads because of fallen trees after an overnight thunderstorm brought heavy winds and rain to the region.

Chopper 3 was over a downed tree that damaged a parked car Monday morning. 

The severe storms also led to power outages and flooding in some areas.
