Man to man, your body was never working against you. It’s been protecting you this whole time and you’ve been calling that protection a problem.

I’ve spent over 7,500 hours coaching founders and execs who look like they have it all together and the ones asking why their T is in the tank are almost always living the same way: running on fumes, drinking or smoking weed to unwind, barely sleeping 6hr and having enough of an ego to wear all of it like a badge.

Their body is paying attention to every one of those signals and drawing a conclusion from them.

Here’s the conclusion it draws: when you spend years telling your body it’s never safe to exhale, it does the most intelligent thing it can; it pulls resources away from everything it considers a luxury when survival is on the line.

That “luxury” is your drive, your focus, your edge. The exact horsepower you’ve been burning yourself out trying to protect. So you sabotage the thing you’re working this hard to defend, and you call it discipline.

You see a low number on a lab and reach for TRT, which you probably qualify for and will help you feel better, but you’re treating the smoke and walking away from the fire. There’s so much room to feel sharper and get more done before you ever touch it.

Realistically, the men closing the biggest deals of their lives aren’t grinding the hardest. They understand that health and performance aren’t a tradeoff, they’re the same lever, and their T climbs right along with it because their body finally gets the message that it’s safe to stop bracing.

Not medical advice, and there are always exceptions, so if you suspect an underlying cause go talk to your doctor.

But if you’re done brute forcing your way through and want to perform at a higher level by leveraging your health instead of burning it down, talk to me and my team.

My DMs are open.
