Wellness Wednesday! 🩵

Who says warmups have to be boring? This past week we mic'd up Talia Coury as she warmed up for practice and she did not disappoint! 😂

It featured everything from banded activation exercises to dynamic movement drills, helping players fire up key muscle groups, improve mobility, and get their bodies ready for explosive actions like sprinting and changing direction. Just as important, these warmups create an opportunity for teammates to connect, have fun, and bring energy to the session before the real work begins. 💪
