'I AIN'T GOT THE MONEY': Residents of Community Village mobile home park in Berea say they were caught off guard after learning of a new owner, a nearly 77% rent increase, and a new 22-page lease agreement — all on the same day.

The monthly lot rent is set to increase from $260 to $460 beginning Aug. 1. Many residents say they're on fixed incomes and worry they won't be able to afford the higher costs.
