To make:
1️⃣ Heat webergrills smokey mountain to anywhere from 225-250
2️⃣ Apply breakfast sauce binder and then season with Japanese teriyaki rub. Place on smoker.
3️⃣ Cook for 3-3.5 hours. Looking for an internal temp of around 200 and they should be probe tender. Sauce with Bay Area Banger and place back on 10-20 to set sauce.
4️⃣ Slice and enjoy!!!
