Ingredients 
2 Eggs whisked 
1 Tbsp Oil 
1 Tbsp Butter 
2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped 
1 tsp Ginger, chopped 
1 Tbsp Green chili, chopped 
1 Tbsp Bell Pepper, chopped 
1 Tbsp Sweet pepper, chopped 
1 Tbsp Tomato, chopped 
1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped 
Salt to taste 
1/2 tsp Black pepper 
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper 
1/2 tsp Chaat masala 
1 Tbsp Milk
