These hot honey jalapeño poppers take the classic app to a whole new level. Think: sweet, spicy, salty—wrapped up in the perfect bite 🌶️🍯🥓

Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of smithfieldbrand x Mike’s Hot Honey bacon, cooked crispy & chopped
- Mozzarella sticks, cut into small cubes (for the center)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Coating:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

For finishing:

- Mike’s Hot Honey drizzle
- Chopped chives or green onions

Method:

1. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeños, crispy bacon, and seasonings.
2. Add a mozzarella cube in the center of each ball for extra cheese pull.
3. Coat in flour, egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
4. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Finish with a Mike’s Hot Honey drizzle before serving.
