I say this to every player I mentor.

There’s no secret drill. No shortcut. No special play that gives you the edge.

The drills I teach, the habits I build, the standards I hold, they’re the exact same ones being taught in the US. Same lessons. Same expectations. Same work.

What separates players at the highest level isn’t a skill you haven’t seen.

It’s how hard you compete.
It’s how much you’re willing to outwork the person across from you.
It’s how you respond when you miss, when you turn it over, when things go wrong.

I’ve been fortunate to spend years coaching incredibly talented players across the US (boys and girls) and to work alongside some of the best coaches and trainers in the world.

You know what they preach most?

Mental habits. Attitude. Self-discipline. Work ethic. Competitiveness.

That’s the separator. Every time.

When you expose players to that level of physicality and mindset, it doesn’t just change how they play, it changes how they think. How they carry themselves. How they see the world.
