Today is World Wind Day, and so it's a good time to remember that no one ever went to war over wind!⁣

Trump’s ongoing war on Iran has shown us just how precarious our reliance on fossil fuels is. And it’s put wind in the sails of the shift away from oil and gas, towards electrification and distributed renewable energy for all.⁣

Wind is one of the fastest-growing, cheapest sources of clean energy, beating new coal and gas on cost, creating stable jobs, cutting people’s bills and slashing our dangerous dependence on fossil fuels.⁣
