BTS (bts.bighitofficial) leader and ARMY leader RM (rkive) has officially become the first-ever Global Ambassador for the National Museum of Korea (nationalmuseumofkorea). 🇰🇷✨

And honestly? We can’t think of a better choice.

Sure, RM has the global influence. But more importantly, he’s spent years showing genuine love for Korean art, history, and culture. This wasn’t a celebrity pick — it just makes sense.

RM donated ₩100 million in both 2021 and 2022 to support the preservation and restoration of Korean cultural heritage overseas. The funds were used to help protect and promote Korean artifacts around the world.

He’s also known as one of K-pop’s most passionate art collectors, and this October, he’ll even hold a special exhibition of works from his personal collection at SFMOMA (sfmoma) in San Francisco. 🎨

As ambassador, RM will help introduce Korea’s history and cultural heritage to audiences around the globe.
