Inspired by Ningning’s own tour-prep routine, the new Alo Wellness Club (alowellnessclub) series focuses on movement, mindfulness, and recovery—the essentials behind staying performance-ready on stage.

Together with trainers from Alo Wellness Club Seoul (aloseoul), Ningning takes on performance conditioning, core control, stage stamina, recovery rituals, and mindset-boosting workouts. 💪🧘‍♀️
