Meet Abby! At 13 years old, she’s thriving—a testament to how far she’s come. 💙 But five years ago, her world looked very different. Confined to hospital walls while awaiting a heart transplant, her days were filled with exams and procedures.
 
When her wish to go to waltdisneyworld was granted, it gave Abby the chance to just be a kid again and experience life beyond the hospital. It reminded her of everything waiting outside those walls.
 
Her wish gave her hope, restored her sense of wonder, and returned a piece of the childhood she fought so hard for.
 
Today, that wish remains a critical part of her healing journey, acting as a dose of hope no other medicine could provide. 💫
