#TSRSports: #TSRPolitics—It looks like the New York #Knicks will be visiting the White House to celebrate their championship win. The team’s owner, James Dolan, confirmed the news with WFAN Sports Radio.

According to nbcnews, an administration official also confirmed the team’s upcoming visit. This will make the Knicks the first NBA championship-winning team to visit the White House during either of #DonaldTrump’s terms.

Dolan, who has donated to Trump’s campaigns and is a Mar-a-Lago member, said, “We just did receive an invitation from the White House, which we accepted. We still have to figure out the details, etc., but yes, of course.”

As previously reported, Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to attend the NBA Finals. He attended Game 3 at Madison Square Garden after Dolan extended an invitation.
