#TSRUpdatez: Back in September 2024, singer #DawnRichard sued her former boss #Diddy, which included claims of sexual abuse. Now, her lawsuit against him has been dismissed.

According to documents obtained by tmz_tv, a federal judge dismissed Dawn’s claims against Diddy, as the court found that the majority of her claims were filed past the statute of limitations. However, the judge determined that she could refile one of her claims in New York state court.

As previously reported, Dawn alleged that Diddy manipulated her by “promising to advance her singing career if she relented to his alleged twisted demands.” She also accused him of forcing her to rehearse for multiple hours without any sleep, and she also alleged he “touched her breasts and butt” during an incident.
