turn up transforms you🎶Some might watch this and see a group of women having a good time, that’s normal. The amount of people who will miss what’s going on beneath the surface, is precisely why Turn Up exists…

What I see? A group of individual women from all over the country that became one team. Each of them fighting their own battles, but still coming together as an army ready to go to war for something bigger; they became one team on ONE MISSION….This moment was completely unplanned, the arms over the shoulders, the yelling, I couldn’t have planned it if I tried; it was the result of staying locked into the drill until we felt proud, of not settling, the result of not giving up, the result of the decision to not be afraid, not tip toeing over the edge, but rather becoming it. 

The willingness to embrace the necessity of both the PUSH and the SURRENDER required to level up…to turn everything into a dance💕

It’s the epitimy of what it looks like to not just have a deep knowing, but to step forward not knowing, and trusting that our power exists when we allow ourselves to BECOME the edge… the edge of tension, resistance, fear, darkness and, ALSO…breath, expression, light and letting go. 

Not by chance, by choice, they got here by showing up with their all and still allowing space for what COULD BE. And not from “getting a fun workout in” but from their willingness to face allllll the ish they want to avoid, and not only see it, not only feel it, but to be utterly and completely stripped of the protective layers they’ve used against it, the walls they’ve built, the stories they’ve clung to, and BE SEEN through the process. 

This type of comrodery that the Turn Up builds is pure magic, always on purpose, but never pre-determined; it’s born from the blood, sweat, and tears required to not just meet a new level, but to become the version who owns it, stands on it, and then leaps into it. 

I question everything. Too much, honestly. But Turn Up rooms, where we all trust the process & lean into it heavy, don’t just remind me who I am, but remind me why I don’t quit, remind me how important our mission is, remind me that it’s all on time💕
