🎓👑 Jewish Pride Shines As Graduate Proudly Displays “Am Yisrael Chai Among A Sea Of Palestine Flags 🇮🇱✡️

ASU graduate Tav achieved something remarkable; not only earning her Master’s degree, but doing so while proudly representing her Jewish identity.

As graduates around her displayed Palestinian flags and “Free Palestine” messages on their caps and stoles, Tav chose a positive message:

“Am Yisrael Chai” …. The Nation of Israel Lives. 🇮🇱💙

Before graduation, people warned her to be careful. Some questioned whether openly expressing Jewish pride was worth the risk.

But Tav refused to hide who she was.

As she looked around the venue, she realized she was one of the only graduates visibly representing Judaism and Israel. Suddenly, the moment felt bigger than graduation itself.

She wondered if people would judge her, boo her and if she had made the right choice.

Then, just before walking across the stage, a vice dean noticed her cap and smiled.

“I love your cap,” he told her.

Tav thanked him and asked if he was Jewish.

His response:

“Of course I am. You got this.”

In that moment, all the fear disappeared.

“It was a reminder to her, “We are never alone as Jews. We must always stick together. We are all FAMILY!,” she said. 

Tav’s message wasn’t one of anger, division, or confrontation.

It was a message of strength.

A message of resilience.

A message of hope.
