I’ve had ZERO consistency in strength training my entire life, been off running for 9 months, and this is only my 7th CrossFit class. It’s humbling how difficult this is, but at the same time it’s fun to be a student and learn all these new movements, challenge my body / mind, and get out of my comfort zone. Using this video to document my journey and where I’m starting at.
