Diageo World Class 世界頂尖調酒大賽2026剛於6 月 16 至 17 日於澳門永利皇宮爭奪港澳區冠軍，更將代表港澳於今年 10
月遠赴蘇格蘭，與全球頂尖精英於 World Class 世界總決賽上對決。
八強入圍者包括 Bar Leone 的 Yuichi Hirayama yuichi.hirayama_ 、COA 的 Brian Chan _o414、DarkSide 的Shawn Hui kowloon.tommm 、Penicillin 的 Nans Petit nans_gabriel 、香港半島酒店半島酒吧的 Alice Cheng aliceeecccc 、MIUS 的John Patrick Poon i_m_not_patrick 、澳門銀河萊佛士酒店長廊酒吧的 Nokoy Mak nokoymak 以及澳門永利皇宮鴻翊廷的 Wanjia Fu wjia_fu 。

在完成 Johnnie Walker 及 Tanqueray 挑戰賽後，現場隨即公佈最後四強名單並揭曉終極挑戰挑戰內容，各自抽選神秘材料，然後於翌日比賽即時調製創作，同時亦要即場抽選經典cocktail調製！比賽者要於極短時限內，在6分鐘内調好5杯cocktails，要呈現到技巧、的精準味道以及表達到創意，絕對是極困難的任務！

四強大戰，最後由來自Mius竹的Patrick 勝出，但勝出的過程非常戲劇性，因為他在準備的時候，不慎割傷手指，血如泉湧，比賽一度要暫停療傷止血，及後才可以繼續比賽，但他卻仍然有超水準的發揮和表現，最後贏得冠軍，非常熱血！
