This spring, students joined the Amazin’ Mets Foundation and grantee GrowNYC (grownyc) for a special Eat Smart with the Mets activation focused on nutrition, sustainability, and the journey of local food from seed to their plates!

Through hands-on activities and interactive lessons, students learned how healthy food choices can support their bodies, their communities, and the environment.

Eat Smart with the Mets helps young students build foundational knowledge about nutrition while encouraging healthy habits that can last a lifetime 🍊🫐
