⚾👟 PITCHING IN FOR POSITIVE MOVEMENT 👟⚾
 
At P.S. 254 in Queens, students were joined by mets pitcher Brooks Raley (beboxraley) and Mr. Met (mrmet) for a fun day focused on fitness, movement, and healthy habits through Mets on the Move, a fitness initiative presented by the Hospital for Special Surgery (hspecialsurgery) dedicated to keeping kids active and healthy.
 
In celebration of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month in May, the Amazin’ Mets Foundation and HSS continued hosting Mets on the Move to provide children with a fun and engaging way to learn about fitness. Participating students received pedometer watches to track their steps throughout the month, set personal fitness goals, and keep moving toward a healthy lifestyle.
