A chocolate, caramel, & cookie take on a summer classic. 🍫🔥

TWIX S’MORES SQUARES

Prep Time: 15 minutes  
Cook Time: 5 minutes   
Total Time: 20 minutes   
Makes: 12 servings  

Ingredients:   
1/4 cup butter  
4 cups mini marshmallows  
1 tsp vanilla extract  
20 whole rectangular graham wafer crackers, broken into 1-inch pieces  
2 Twix Original, chopped and divided  

Instructions:   
Melt butter in large saucepan set over low heat; stir in marshmallows for 3 to 5 minutes or until completely melted. Stir in vanilla. Remove from heat.    

Immediately stir in graham wafer pieces. Fold in half of the chopped Twix. Scrape into greased 9-inch square pan. Using wet hands or buttered spatula, spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining chopped Twix over top; press lightly to adhere to treats. Let cool completely.   

Tip:  For a toasted marshmallow variation, prepare squares in ovenproof baking dish or pan. Sprinkle enough mini marshmallows over top to cover completely. Using kitchen blow torch, toast marshmallows until golden brown, directing the flame about 2 inches above the topping, working quickly and keeping the flame moving to avoid burning. Sprinkle chopped Twix over top; let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Alternatively, preheat broiler. Broil on middle rack of oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
