Don’t know about you, but we’re celebrating #NationalChocolateChipCookieDay with these TWIX Cookies & Creme Edible Cookie Dough Jars. 🍪

FULL RECIPE: 

Prep Time: 15 minutes  
Cook Time: 10 minutes  
Total Time: 25 minutes  

Serves: 12  

Ingredients:   
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened  
3/4 cup brown sugar  
2 tbsp granulated sugar  
1 1/2 tbsp milk  
1 tsp vanilla extract  
1/4 tsp salt  
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coarsely chopped Twix Cookies & Creme, divided   

Instructions:   
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread flour onto rimmed baking sheet; bake for 8 minutes. Let cool completely.   

Using electric mixer, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy; beat in milk, vanilla and salt. Fold in flour and 1/2 cup Twix Cookies & Creme.  

Divide cookie dough between twelve (2 to 4 oz) mini Mason jars; garnish with remaining Twix Cookies & Creme.   

Tip:   
Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder for a chocolate variation.  
You will need two packages of Twix Cookies & Crème for this recipe.
