I’m taking in these gorgeous, unobstructed views of “the city” from a $7,000/mo 2-bedroom in Hoboken. It’s an incredible asset, but it only generates about a 5-7% ROI.
Compare that to waterfront apartments in Dubai pushing up to a massive 15% ROI... completely TAX-FREE. 🤯💸
