#ad Healthy sweet treat 🤝 protein boost I picked up @Purely Elizabeth’s new Protein Granola on my latest @target run and turned it into these Frozen Yogurt Fruit Clusters. They’re refreshing, easy to make, and perfect to keep stocked in your freezer all summer long. 🍓 Strawberries + Almond Butter & Berries Protein Granola 🫐 Blueberries + Dark Chocolate Blueberry Protein Granola 🍎 Apples + Cinnamon Toast Protein Granola Frozen Yogurt Fruit Clusters Ingredients: 3 cups fruit, (chopped if needed) 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips 1 tablespoon coconut oil Purely Elizabeth Protein Granola for topping Instructions: Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, mix your fruit of choice with the Greek yogurt. I did 1 cup of fruit per flavor! Scoop into clusters (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the parchment lined sheet. Freeze for 1–2 hours or until completely firm. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth. You can do this in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments or on the stovetop over low heat. Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with the chocolate mixture. Immediately sprinkle with the matching Purely Elizabeth Protein Granola flavor. Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Freeze up to 1 month. #easydessert #healthydessert #highprotein #proteindessert
