Vacation in Jell-O shot form. 🍊🍍

-2 oranges (halved and carved)
-1/2 cup pineapple juice
-1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
-4 tsps. unflavored gelatin
-3/4 cup white rum
-1/4 cup triple sec
-granulated sugar to sprinkle on top

Steps:
1.Wash two oranges, then slice each in half. Carve out flesh of each orange very carefully with a spoon. Make sure to not puncture a hole in the bottom. Place orange cups to the side and save a bit of the fresh orange juice.
2.In a pot, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and unflavored gelatin.
3.Bring to a boil and whisk until gelatin has dissolved.
4.Remove from heat then whisk in white rum and triple sec.
5.Pour mixture into orange cups, then chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
6.Once Jell-O is set, cut into slices with the knife touching the Jell-O first.
7.Sprinkle a bit of granulated sugar on top before serving and enjoy! (serve chilled)
