Blackstone Chronicles: Buttermilk Pancake Brunch 🥞

Buttermilk Pancake Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups flour
• 1 Tsp baking soda
• 1 Tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Egg
• 2 Cups full fat buttermilk (I used homemade, see butter video 😉)
• 1 Tsp vanilla extract

Whisk together all the dry ingredients

Add buttermilk to dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, crack the egg and whisk it; incorporating air into the egg until it is light and bubbly. (Egg needs to be room temperature)

Add the egg to the other ingredients JUST to incorporate 

DO NOT OVER MIX 🙅🏾‍♂️ (You want there to be some lumpy bits in your batter)
