Every year, many Tucson-area schools close for Rodeo Break during La Fiesta de los Vaqueros, one of the city’s longest-running traditions.

It’s one of those Arizona things that sounds fake until you grow up in Tucson and realize everybody just treats it like a normal school holiday.
