Arizona heat is no joke, but one day in state history still stands above the rest. 🥵

The hottest temperature ever officially recorded in Arizona was 128°F in Lake Havasu City on June 29, 1994.

For comparison, Phoenix’s all-time record is 122°F, set in June 1990. Arizona summers already feel unreal, but 128° is a whole different level.
