If I could invite all of you to my house for a backyard barbecue, this is 100% what I’d start the night with. These toasts are full of the best summer produce June has to offer (strawberries, basil, corn, tomatoes, peaches). I grabbed it all at a great price from Meijer (love their produce selection!) and a few items from their Room & Retreat collection to upgrade our dining table. #ad #MeijerPartner

Here are the toast details 🥖👇
- Ricotta and corn: ricotta, 2 ears of corn tossed in brown butter, prosciutto, flaky salt, hot honey, and thyme
- Strawberry balsamic: whipped feta (1 block feta blended with olive oil and a splash of cold water), diced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, sliced basil, chopped pistachios, flaky salt, balsamic glaze
- Peach burrata: burrata cheese, grilled peaches, fresh tomatoes, flaky salt, drizzle of olive oil, thyme and basil
