One of the biggest things I hear from women is:

“I’d love to join a gym, but I’m too nervous.”

That’s exactly why I wanted to show you around the gym where I train my clients.

This was filmed during the daytime and just look at the space! No fighting for equipment. No huge crowds. No feeling like everyone’s watching you.

So many ladies have come here thinking new_bodies_gym_page bodybuilding gym and have been shocked by how welcoming, friendly and supportive it actually is.

The atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve experienced in Doncaster. The members are lovely, the equipment is incredible, and most importantly, people feel comfortable here.

I’ve seen women who were terrified to walk through the doors now happily training on their own because their confidence has grown so much.

If gym anxiety has been holding you back, maybe you just haven’t found the right environment yet. 💜
