I run my AI footage through a lot of tools. This one stopped me.

I took one of my clips, soft and low-res straight out of generation, and pushed it through Starlight Precise 2.5 on topazlabs 

Watch the skin. Watch the fabric. 4K, faces intact, texture that holds up frame by frame.
