What about our public schools? Severely underfunded. 

90% of our children go to public schools – so why isn’t our tax money going to them? That’s what art educator Vernon Fains wants to flag for everyone. He, like many other educators, parents and youth-serving professionals, are aware of the damage that school vouchers pose on our public education system.
