Friendly reminder to replace your 2 year old shower filter 😂

I know there’s so much information about health out there and having to optimize everything.

But honestly, most of it is unnecessary. I believe real food and clean water is a great place to start. And that includes the water you shower in.

Tap water is loaded with chlorine and other contaminants that can dry out your hair and skin, and chlorine exposure has even been linked to disrupting your skin barrier over time.
