🗣️ Wayne Kimmel hosted a conversation that featured perspectives on the World Cup’s impact on the future of soccer in the U.S. from Dan Hilfert Co-Chair of Philadelphia Soccer 2026, Chairman & CEO of Comcast Spectacor and Governor of the Philadelphia Flyers, Jim Dever, President of Bank of America Greater Philadelphia, Bassam M. Awadalla, Banking Operations Executive and Senior Advisor for Philadelphia Soccer 2026.

Kimmel also spoke with soccer legends hmitts2, three-time  gold medalist and former U.S. Women’s National Team defender, and touxi84, former philaunion star and Ring of Honor inductee.

⚽️ The World Cup is a reminder that sports have the unique ability to bring people together while creating opportunities that extend far beyond the game itself!

adem_bona of the sixers was in attendance and shared his love for soccer with the audience, and epayouthsoccer Pennsylvania Youth Soccer showcased its history and role in youth soccer. 

🏟️ Guests also had the unique opportunity to tour the philadelphiaflyers and Philadelphia 76ers locker rooms, adding to a memorable afternoon at one of Philadelphia’s premier sports venues.
