Think about it ! What business shocks you?  People still open a new shop and think they have a better mouse trap – and once in a while, yes, they hit gold.  apollobagels is one of the winners. 
Watching a small local business pull off a masterclass in business strategy is incredible. They took a classic product, streamlined the business model, kept the menu simple, and completely crushed it.

And yes it seems so easy… till you try, and flop.  I bet these people had a few flops too. Never give up!
