🏆 Lamara Distin successfully defended her national high jump title and spoke about the importance of the Commonwealth Games, embracing a new coaching setup, and the responsibility of defending her crown.

🏆 Ackelia Smith claimed the women’s long jump title by just ONE centimetre and reflected on returning home to Jamaica after five years away to continue her journey.

🙏🏽 Jade Francis shared her disappointment after placing 5th in the U20 Girls Discus, but remained grounded in faith, trusting God’s timing and the process.
