We are so excited to highlight the service of two of our amazing members: kaileymooneyy and evelynglass_ !!
Read below to see what they’ve been up to this summer!🌎🩵

“Every June, a group from my church "Living Hope” and I head to Gualaco, Olancho, Honduras for this mission trip. We go to support a girls' home and local kindergartens there. We work hard to raise funds and get school supplies for them. The living conditions can be tough, with dirt floors in their homes. But we're all in, pouring concrete floors to make a difference. We do 13 to 20 floors each year, weather permitting. We also have a super fun Vacation Bible School program for the kindergartners, helping them grow spiritually and learn. We also organize a special Ladies Day event at the church where we stay. This is my third year doing this, and I'm hooked! The impact we make on the people in Gualaco and nearby villages is incredible, and it keeps us motivated to keep going and doing great things for them!🌟” -Kailey, PC ‘21

“This May I traveled to Cusco, Peru for a medical outreach trip! We spent the most amazing two weeks in Cusco where we were able to provide free, accessible healthcare for locals. During our clinic days we were able to treat over 1,000 patients with help from local doctors! We also had the opportunity to travel to a local elementary school and teach first grade students about the importance of heart health. Spending time with the children there was such a special experience, and it was definitely one of my favorite days 🫶 Our organization is now associated with Friends of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), which is the collegiate chapter offered by Doctors Without Borders msf.bama
This experience was truly one I will never forget, and I know Cusco, along with the amazing people I met through MSF, will always have a special place in my heart. I love this org so much!!!🤍🤍🤍” -Evelyn, PC ‘20
