Meet our DEI Director, Molly!

“Hey everyone! My name is Molly Burbank, and I am a rising junior from Charlotte, NC. I currently have the privilege of serving as Kappa’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director! Through this position, I work to foster a welcoming environment where all members feel appreciated and included. One of the things I love most about Kappa is the genuine friendships and support system that come with being a part of this sisterhood, and I want to help make that experience possible for every member.

In addition, I oversee the Capstone Wellness Explorer Program within Kappa, which encourages wellness among students across campus. Being a part of Chapter Council has been such a rewarding experience because it gives me the opportunity to give back to a sisterhood that has already given me so much. Pledging Kappa was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m so grateful to take on this role. I can’t wait for the year ahead and to meet PC ’26! Kappa’s It!!!!💙”
