Meet Helen!

“Coming from Birmingham, I knew I’d see familiar faces during rush. After seeing the genuine friendships my older sister made during her own recruitment, I knew I wanted to go through rush at Alabama. Going into rush, I was excited but also nervous about finding the right place for me. From the moment I walked into Kappa, the older girls warmth, kindness, and genuine friendships made me feel completely at home.  Throughout the week, every conversation made it clear that kappa was where I belonged. Seeing the way the older girls interacted with each other and how strong their friendships were made me want to be a part of kappa and I knew it was where I wanted to spend my next four years. Since joining Kappa I’ve found best friends who will stick by my side no matter what and support me through anything. Kappa has given me a home away from home and memories that will last a lifetime. I’m so excited for PC ’26 to experience what makes Kappa so special. Kappa’s always it!! 💙”
